The department of Economics, Finance, Control and Accounting is dedicated to financial analysis and diagnosis – of management of current assets and short-term financing, the study of investments and the establishment of long-term financial policies (debt, dividends and self-financing, etc.) –  without neglecting the elements that have added new dimensions to financial management.

In terms of Control and Accounting, the short-term programmes develop the abilities of the participants to obtain, analyse and use a company’s quantifiable data, from a Management perspective. The study of Accounting and Finance entails a review of the fundamental concepts as well as Management Accounting, by way of a brief overview of cost accounting, economic analysis and decisions.

This approach also allows for the examination of issues concerning the evaluation of the performance of the company, its departments and its leaders, and the connection between these evaluations and the planning process, the implementation of strategy and the motivation of personnel.
