Diogo Ribeiro Santos was born on 25 May 1975 in Lisbon.
He holds an Undergraduate degree in Law from the Universidade de Lisboa, a Postgraduate degree in Business Management and Law from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the Executive MBA AESE/IESE.
He is the Chief Financial Officer of Navalrocha – Sociedade de Construção e Reparação Navais, SA, and previously served as assistant to the Minister of National Defence, director of the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of National Defence and vice president of the Portuguese Institute for Development Support (IPAD).
He is a professor of Finance at AESE.
He also has served as a voting member of the Jurisdiction Committee of the Portuguese Athletics Federation and of the Audit Committee of DANOTEC – Association of Companies for Defence, Armament and New Technologies.
His interests include the following:
• Company valuation;
• Value creation and measurement;
• Real options;
• Political risk in international projects.
