Senior Teaching Fellow

Eduardo Pereira is from Aveiro.

He is graduated in Business Management in Lisbon at ISEG, with a degree from the University of Westminster in London.

He holds a GMP - General Management Program at AESE and holds a PhD in Management from the University of Glasgow.

Most of his professional experience has been developed in management consulting with large organizations from the most diverse sectors such as the automotive industry, the ceramic industry and transport, insurance, among others.

He worked mainly in the areas of Organizational Development, People Management and Strategic Development.

In addition to Portugal, he held positions in Spain, Mexico and Brazil.

He collaborated with IESE in the operationalization of the research study "Direcion por Misiones" (involving more than 100 companies and resulting in several publications related to the academic area of ​​Human Factor) and the research study "MO3 - Market Orientation and Open Organizations ".

At AESE, he is Senior Teaching Fellow in the academic field "Human Factors in Organizations" and Executive Coach.

He is a Non-Executive Director in several companies, in the sectors of Protection and Security, Aquaculture, and Management Consulting.
