Fátima Carioca is Professor of Human Factor in the Organization and Member of the Board of AESE, the oldest business school in Portugal.
For more than 20 years she has worked in the software industry, holding several different positions, such as Project Manager, Quality and HR Manager, Business Area Manager at EDISOFT. She is a member of the Business Ethics National Technical Committee.
Fátima holds a Master of Engineering Systems and Computers from Instituto Superior Técnico, a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family from University of Navarra and a Licenciatura Degree in Electrical Engineering, also from Instituto Superior Técnico. Nowadays she is an attentive Phd candidate at The University of Manchester. In what concerns executive education, she attended the Management Development Program at AESE.
Her areas of research / interest are Work-Life Balance, People Management, Labor Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility. She also coordinates the Family Responsible Enterprise Annual Award (in partnership with Deloitte).
