Mentoring
The figure of the Mentor was developed for the Executive MBA AESE/IESE as a decisive anchor in the participants’ development. The Mentor, or Teacher, accompanies, stimulates and helps each of the participants, in pedagogical, professional and personal terms. The Mentor accompanies the participant in the day-to-day of the program, both with the classes and work development, and after the end of the program, acting as a bridge between the AESE and the corporate world.The Executive MBA AESE/IESE program also includes Career Coaching sessions, given by consultants.

Online simulations and role play
Throughout the program, on-line simulations are used aiming at to speeding up and consolidating learning as well as connecting management decisions to business results. These are competitive activities that, performed in a group, foment creativity and the capacity for response in real time.
On a number of occasions role play is also used for decision-making, negotiation or the defence of pre-defined points of view.

The academic areas of Finance, Commercial Policy and Marketing, Company Policy, Operations, Technology and Innovation and Human Behaviour in an Organization represent the basic structure of the EXECUTIVE MBA AESE/IESE program.
