Visiting Professor
Carlos Rodríguez-Lluesma is a full professor in IESE Business School’s Managing People in Organizations Department, where he also holds the academic leadership of the Dignity, Diversity and Belonging Office.
Professor Rodriguez-Lluesma earned a Ph.D. in Organizations from Stanford University. He also holds a previous Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
Professor Rodriguez-Lluesma has published two books and numerous papers in academic journals. He has consulted in a range of industries, such as financial services, biotechnology, consumer goods, manufacturing, and management consulting. He also serves as an advisor to a start-up focused on leveraging AI to foster human flourishing and wellbeing.
