Desde o início, fui desafiado a repensar a minha abordagem à liderança, à inovação e à gestão estratégica. O PDE não é apenas um curso académico, mas uma experiência de transformação pessoal e profissional.
O que o torna verdadeiramente único é o ambiente de partilha e colaboração que se desenvolve entre os participantes. Cada sessão, cada discussão em grupo, foi uma oportunidade para aprender e crescer. O programa vai muito além do "saber fazer"; ele mergulha no "saber estar" e no "saber ser", explorando as facetas mais profundas da liderança moderna.

Deixa uma marca a nível profissional , porque passamos a ter uma visão totalmente diferente da envolvência empresarial, mas também a nível humano.
Apesar de ir com expetativas elevadas (por conversas com anteriores participantes) a forma como é apresentado todo o programa supera tudo o que possamos idealizar. Realço a importância como tudo está estruturado , mas o método do caso é algo que eleva a aprendizagem.
Começamos por fazer uma análise do caso a nível individual, em que temos a nossa realidade e tomamos sempre as melhores decisões estamos sempre certos que é assim a 100% . Quando passamos para a fase da partilha, em que analisamos em grupo começamos a ver realidades diferentes, decisões que se ajustam e que podem ter melhor resultado do que a que tínhamos idealizado sozinhos, começamos aprender com os outros participantes e vemos outras realidades. O grande momento de aprendizagem é na sessão de aula em que em todas as aulas somos surpreendidos com abordagens e formas de partilhar conhecimento muito fáceis de assimilar e entender, por professores excepcionais.
Num programa de gestão e liderança, no final vemos o valor das pessoas, o fator humano transversal a todos os casos e a importância das pessoas nas organizações. Tudo passa por gerirmos bem recursos humanos ou outros e liderarmos pelo nosso exemplo, mostramos isso por sermos capazes de partilhar formações como a que tive oportunidade de ter. Sem dúvida o grande desafio é saber partilhar tanto conhecimento adquirido com todas as equipas que gerimos.
Todos já começamos a sentir falta das opiniões no grupo e tentarmos prever o que iremos falar na aula.
