I have no doubt in saying that it was well worth taking the PADE! The sharing of experiences and the solidarity of carefully selected colleagues, the extraordinary level of the faculty and lecturers, the group of dedicated people who you can see who love what they do, an impeccable organization, a methodology very adapted to the maturity of the participants, with current and high quality content, were decisive to bring out the best in each one of us, resulting in a greater awareness of the “essential” and the “value”. More than a professional training, PADE was a multidimensional development experience that has already been missed.
