PGL was a challenging and enriching experience.
The human behavior component for me was enriching: it focused my attention on the importance of people, how we can motivate them and how we can work on our own motivation.
AESE’s encouragement for self-knowledge and the pursuit of our purpose has increased my ability to reflect, to analyze situations from different perspectives and to make more thoughtful and conscious decisions.
PGL was a challenging and enriching experience.
It allowed me to have a transversal view of organizations and that the problems are similar regardless of the type of business.

AESE’s encouragement for self-knowledge and the pursuit of our purpose has increased my ability to reflect, to analyze situations from different perspectives and to make more thoughtful and conscious decisions. For this, the case method contributed a lot, which instills in us the need for a large individual study, with a focus on group and class sharing.
A challenge throughout the PGL was time management, combining personal, professional and academic life.
Through the organization of issues/situations by their importance and urgency and with family support, managing the day-to-day has become simpler.
