She holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Aveiro, an AESE | IESE Executive MBA, and executive education in negotiation from Stanford University, among other programmes in strategy, leadership and management.<\/p>\n\n
She began her career in the telecommunications sector, in technical and management roles at Alcatel, Lucent and later Portugal Telecom, where she also gained international experience in procurement, with responsibilities at Vivo, a joint venture between PT and Telef\u00f3nica in Brazil. Throughout her career, she has held leadership responsibilities in procurement and strategic management in several organisations, having led procurement at REN and served as NetJets\u2019 European Head of Procurement. <\/p>\n\n
In 2017, she joined TAP Air Portugal as Chief Procurement Officer. In 2020, she took on executive responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leading the company\u2019s turnaround and also assuming responsibility for corporate areas such as Human Resources and Digital, as well as business areas such as Cargo, Catering and Procurement. <\/p>\n\n
In 2022, she was appointed CEO of NAV Portugal, leading organisational transformation processes and the implementation of critical systems for operations.<\/p>\n\n
She also had a brief stint at the State Secretariat for the Treasury. She currently serves as an advisor to several companies. <\/p>\n\n
