Her vision is to help &#8220;People grow through Meaningful Work and Life.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the last 18 years, Paula Guedes has worked in Human Resources, leading a wide range of projects and units at Bank Millennium (Poland) and Millennium bcp (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique).
