De Dou runs his own private psychiatric practice and manages a team of professional psychiatrists and psychologists. He has also worked as a medical specialist and held various positions in several psychiatric hospitals.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For several years, Prof. de Dou was an assistant in IESE\u2019s Department of Human Behaviour. In addition, he is a psychiatric consultant at the Official College of Physicians of Barcelona.
