{"id":8234807,"date":"2024-12-27T12:34:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T12:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aese.pt\/docentes\/jose-luis-suarez\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T13:16:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:16:50","slug":"jose-luis-suarez","status":"publish","type":"teaching","link":"https:\/\/www.aese.pt\/en\/faculty\/jose-luis-suarez\/","title":{"rendered":"Jos\u00e9 Luis Su\u00e1rez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Su\u00e1rez is a professor in the Financial Management Department and director of the IESE campus in Madrid.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has taught at AESE (Portugal), Instituto Internacional San Telmo (Seville, Spain), Instituto Bravo Murillo (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain), IPADE (Universidad Panamericana, Mexico), IAE (Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina), INALDE (Universidad de La Sabana, Bogot\u00e1, Colombia); HCMS (Moscow, Russia); IDE (Quito, Ecuador); PAD (Universidad de Piura, Lima, Peru); Barna Business School (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Professor Su\u00e1rez is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Finance Education. As a member of the Urban Land Institute, he served on the Public Private Partnership Council in the United States and on the Executive Committee of the District Council of Spain. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>He is the author and co-author of several books. Recent examples include &#8220;La inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria en Espa\u00f1a&#8221; (EUNSA, 2011); &#8220;El mercado inmobiliario espa\u00f1ol. Situaci\u00f3n y Perspectivas&#8221; (Feria Valencia, 2009); and &#8220;European Real Estate Markets&#8221; (Palgrave MacMillan, 2008). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Professor Su\u00e1rez has worked on a variety of consulting assignments for several major Spanish and international companies.
