Beatriz Mu\u00f1oz-Seca is a Professor in the Operations, Information and Technology Department at IESE Business School, where she has been engaged in research and teaching since 1990. Her 40-year career encompasses business administration, prior to entering academia, and consulting work in different parts of the world. <\/p>\n\n
The Professor teaches operations strategy at IESE and at several business schools in Latin America and Portugal, such as AESE.She has served as an advisor to the European Commission, participated in and led several international and national projects in her field. She also works as a part-time consultant on initiatives related to operations strategy, service design and innovation.
