He holds a degree in Marketing Management from IPAM \u2013 Instituto Portugu\u00eas de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Marketing de Lisboa, and postgraduate qualifications in Project Management from UAL \u2013 Universidade Aut\u00f3noma de Lisboa, in Strategy from the Ross Business School, University of Michigan, and the AESE | IESE Executive MBA (4th edition).<\/p>\n\n
A Professor of Commercial and Marketing Policy at AESE Business School, with a particular interest in integrated marketing communications, he was a founding member of the School\u2019s Marketing Research Centre and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at ISEG \u2013 Instituto Superior de Economia e Gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n
An entrepreneur since 1998, he has founded and managed several marketing and communications companies since then, working with clients in Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany and Australia on national and international projects. He has promoted and participated as a mentor in startup acceleration programmes and has been a business angel in several special purpose vehicles. <\/p>\n\n
An amateur sports practitioner, he founded and chaired the Portuguese Obstacle Course Racing Federation (FPOCR) and was responsible for the bid and management of the European Championship in the sport, held in 2025 at the Est\u00e1dio Nacional \u2013 Jamor, which brought together more than 2,000 athletes of 25 nationalities.<\/p>\n\n
