To have had the opportunity to closely analyze the productive core of companies, where the wealth of a country is created and where almost most people and families find, on the one hand, their livelihood and on the other some of their personal construction; It’s a privilege.
It is, first of all for each one and then for society, a gain that is expected to have only begun and that will never end, by the tools it has given us, we will be able to draw lessons that will enrich us personally and professionally continuously.
The fact that the training time was for two years, we were able to socialize a lot with our colleagues, allowing us to have very varied moments of getting to know each other and growing in sharing.
The themes are addressed within a house that is also a school and for this reason does not dispense with the “person”, who is at the center of all the knowledge that we propose to learn.
We leave knowing that we will return. We return to the place that congregates, that forms, that welcomes and provides, which is also what each one, in a certain way, feels as a mission.
The future challenges contain uncertainty, but I think it will be consensual that AI is one of the great transformations that are already happening and that will most shape new behaviors, ways of living and working. A community of people trained with a focus on the person can make a contribution at this stage of history, starting with their work, reflecting the most humane ways of putting technology at the service of man and the direction they should follow. <\/p>\n\n
