The interaction with professionals from different areas and the constant exchange of experiences significantly enriched my perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the health sector. The diversity of the group, combined with the quality of the faculty, made each session a unique opportunity for growth, always focusing on sharing and creating value.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br class=\"noclear\"\/>I also highlight the quality of the discussions, the moments of conviviality and the organized visits, which reinforced the team spirit and the importance of human relations in the success of organizations.
