It was a great opportunity to broaden my vision, reflect on leadership skills and exchange experiences with other top managers. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>I would highlight three aspects: first, organization, content and pedagogical methodology, second, the generation of new personal relationships and third, logistics.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>As for the first aspect, the program has clear objectives, comprehensive, relevant and up-to-date content, an appropriate methodology (that of the cases) and modular structure, qualified, experienced teachers, capable of stimulating reflection, debate and focus on the practical application of knowledge. Regarding the methodology of the cases, it proved to be adequate, as it provided the analysis of real business situations, stimulating critical thinking, the discussion of different strategies and the exchange of experiences among the participants and thus providing the learning of complex decision-making. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>As for the second aspect, the creation of a network of personal relationships, I would even say friendships, the experience is extraordinary, as it creates authentic and lasting connections, as a result of the Program taking place in an environment where experiences are exchanged, challenges are shared, results are celebrated, with colleagues, with whom trust is created. The program is excellent in the sense of facilitating meetings, events and activities, which promote the strengthening of personal and professional relationships, with emphasis on the week of the Program in New York, helping to build a solid network of contacts and mutual support. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Finally, I understand that the importance of the competent and efficient logistics of the Program should not be underestimated, because efficient logistics, as is the case with PADE, create a comfortable, organized and welcoming environment, essential for us to focus on content, exchanges and strengthening our professional and personal relationships.
