A commercial for over 15 years, I had the opportunity to learn and improve my skills.<br\/>In order to give a new direction to my career, I decided to do an MBA. I understand that success is the result of effort and dedication but also the excellent training I received at AESE.<br\/>The AESE Executive MBA allowed me to develop management skills in its different areas.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br class=\"noclear\"\/><strong>What were your main achievements?<br\/><\/strong>I joined Proquimia in mid-2019 and had to get to know a whole new reality. I had always worked in Banking, the world of chemists was totally unknown to me.  <strong><br\/><\/strong>My first concern was to get to know the business and the people who were part of the company and, in particular, my team. These conversations allowed me to guide the year 2020, according to the potential of each one.  Little did I know that a pandemic would come and that it would force us to completely change the strategy.  <strong><br\/><\/strong>During confinement, I tried to motivate the company, in order to reduce the <em>latent stress<\/em> due to the uncertainty of the time we lived.<strong><br\/><\/strong>I contributed to an improvement in communication (internal and external), to the development of a united and confident team in order to achieve the proposed objectives.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br class=\"noclear\"\/><strong>What are the main lessons that make you the leader you are today?<\/strong><br\/>I don&#8217;t believe in dictatorial leadership. I like to lead by example, being on the ground, debating the various scenarios, defending the team and, at the time of decision, taking it on. Knowing the team, knowing how to listen to them and facing decisions with courage are characteristics that I consider important in my leadership model.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br class=\"noclear\"\/><strong>What values do you govern yourself by and that you transmit to your teams?<br\/><\/strong>I know that there are certain values that have to accompany the path and professional success. Honesty, respect for others, coherence and dedication is what I demand from my team. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br class=\"noclear\"\/><strong>If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?<br\/><\/strong>I wouldn&#8217;t do anything differently.
