The PDE, without a doubt, marks my professional and personal path. First of all, by the results of the application of the case method. This method, through the analysis of practical and real cases, allowed, at the time of the individual study, the development of the ability to synthesize the problems and possible solutions. At the time of the group discussion, it allowed the sharing of experiences, already lived by all colleagues in the group, and the encouragement of, as a team, being able to solve and evaluate the cases that were proposed to us. Finally, in the classroom discussion, relying on the vast experience and knowledge of all teachers, the entire basis of support for the best decision-making of the cases under analysis was developed and structured. <\/p>\n\n
The deepening of knowledge and the acquisition of new and comprehensive perspectives in the most diverse strategic areas of the business, from finance, company policy, marketing, operations and human behavior, allowed me to obtain tools, which will constitute an essential basis in the process of overcoming all my professional and personal challenges.<\/p>\n\n
The PDE is an enriching experience and strives for excellence, from the organization and planning of all activities, to the quality of the entire group of colleagues and teachers, thus allowing excellent interaction between everyone and the creation of a team with a spirit of mutual help and sharing, which is maintained after the program, and that allows us, day after day, to be better and better professionals, with an essential contribution to the improvement of the organizations of which we are a part.<\/p>\n\n
