In this sense, leaders assume a fundamental role. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AESE, with its PDE program, contributed to my personal and professional development to face this challenge &#8211; leading.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The teaching methodology instituted, which is embodied in the Case Method, aims at the practice of decision-making and thinking like a leader.
