When we move on to the sharing phase, in which we analyze as a group, we begin to see different realities, decisions that fit and that may have a better result than the one we had idealized alone, we begin to learn from the other participants and we see other realities. The great moment of learning is in the class session in which in every class we are surprised by approaches and ways of sharing knowledge that are very easy to assimilate and understand, by exceptional teachers.

In a management and leadership program, in the end we see the value of people, the human factor transversal to all cases and the importance of people in organizations. Everything goes through managing human resources or others well and leading by our example, we show this by being able to share training like the one I had the opportunity to have. Undoubtedly, the great challenge is to know how to share so much knowledge acquired with all the teams we manage.

We have all started to miss the opinions in the group and try to predict what we will say in class.

As I saw written: “In fact, knowledge is only good for two things: to be shared or to generate value. Knowledge held in a mind or in a book that will never be read is a treasure at the bottom of the sea. It is known that it exists, but it is useless. Wisdom, in turn, is all applied knowledge.”
“Investing in knowledge always yields the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin

AESE has a fundamental role in continuing to share all this knowledge (through all the high quality teachers), I felt grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of the 36th PGL.

The PGL for those who do it marks for the rest of their lives, there is a before and an after. It leaves a mark on a professional level, because we now have a totally different view of business environment, but also on a human level.
Despite going with high expectations (for conversations with previous participants) the way the entire program is presented exceeds everything we can idealize. I emphasize the importance of how everything is structured, but the case method is something that elevates learning.

[567
post-8236403","testimonial","type-testimonial","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
