For the last 18 years, she has worked in Human Resources, leading a wide range of projects and units at Bank Millennium (Poland), Millennium bcp (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique). At an earlier stage in his career, he worked in Retail Banking, leading sales teams.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing) from UCLA, an MBA at IESE, and a B.A. in Economics (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
His interests fall in the area of digital marketing, customer equity (or customer lifetime value), branding and salesforce management, among others. His research has been published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing and Quantitative Marketing and Economics, among others. Prof. Villanueva is also the author of several books, managerial articles and more than 50 case studies and technical notes. Two of his cases are in the Harvard Business School Premier Case Collection.
He regularly teaches MBAs and executives at IESE, and has also taught at CEIBS (China), Nile University (Egypt), INALDE (Colombia), IPADE (Mexico), IAE (Argentina), IDE (Ecuador), PAD (Perú), IEE (Costa Rica) and IEEM (Uruguay).
He joined IESE in 1997 as an Instructor in the Marketing Department. Before doing his MBA he worked for Promodès (currently Carrefour) as a product manager in the private labels' department. He has consulted for several companies such as Telefónica, Grupo Santander, Bankinter, Caprabo, Eroski, Antonio Puig, Mastercard, Nestle, Nabisco, Bosch/Siemens. He regularly serves as an expert witness in several litigation cases. He has also served as a board member of several firms, both for-profit and non-profit.

He began teaching part time in the MBA and Global Executive programs in 1999 and joined the faculty on a full time basis in 2003.
Professor Rosenberg lectures in IESE’s MBA and Executive Education programs, where he teaches strategy, geopolitics and sustainability and publishes an occasional blog on these topics under the title Doing Business on the Earth.
His first book, Strategy and Sustainability, was published in 2018 and explores the link between business and the environment from a business perspective. His second book, Strategy and Geopolitics, was published in 2018 in order to encourage business leaders to pay more attention to issues of war and peace. Each books offers its own frameworks for looking at these two issues. His latest book, Learning to Fly, came out last year and is about how one might think about career management given the complexity of today's world.
From 2004-2009, he managed IESE’s International Executive Education Unit. He was also the Academic Director for the Advanced Management Program in Media Entertainment and has co-edited Managing Media Businesses, which is based on the course. Rosenberg is also the co-Academic Director for IESE’s ESG course as well as a for a number of Custom Programs for corporate clients of the school.
Prior to joining IESE Business School, he was the Automotive Practice Leader of Heidrick & Struggles and, prior to that, he spent 15 years as a Management consultant in Europe, North America and Asia for A.T. Kearney and for Arthur D. Little, primarily in the automotive sector.
Professor Rosenberg holds a PhD from Cranfield University, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

She completed the 17th PDE at AESE and Negotiation, Public Speaking and Management of Large Customer Accounts short programs at AESE. She holds a Postgraduate degree, at Católica, in Marketing and another in Strategic People Management, in addition she took two weeks at INSEAD, at OWP, and a 6-month Leadership program at Católica.
She began her professional life as a lawyer. She has lived in Argentina for 2 years, returned to law, but 1 year later she embraced a project in the agroindustry as a salesperson, later as a Key Account and, finally, as Iberian Commercial Director, a period during which the company grew 13 times and is today a reference in the sector. After 14 years she embraced the challenge of founding the people and culture area in this same organization, contributing to the reorganization of the company and the company's cultural transformation.
To strongly face this new challenge, she completed a postgraduate course at Católica in Strategic People Management, at Porto Business School, in Performance Management, in Cultural Transformation and Leadership, at Insead, and obtained a Certification in Coaching.
She is currently L&D Manager at Carmo Wood and Executive Coach.
At AESE she is a teaching fellow in the area of Human Factor in the Organization and is part of the coaching team. It is part of the Catholic summer camp organization, Sairef, which annually welcomes 60 young people, between 15 and 18 years old, and a team of 20 monitors, between 20 and 25 years old. In addition to this basic training, she has been developing her management and leadership skills in institutions such as INSEAD, IESE Business School and Porto Business School.
She currently manages the OpenText business in Portugal, and, additionally, is responsible for two projects at European level: the management of a team focused on developing the strategy and training of the sales areas for the Energy industry vertical, and the management of the Women in Tech project, focused on the strategic development of women's careers in the organization through training and mentoring.
With 18 years of professional experience, Sara has always worked in the information technology market, in hardware and software manufacturing companies (Siemens, Oracle and OpenText), consulting (Altran) and systems integration (Novabase).
In 2016, she was elected by Jason Associates and the Impresa group as one of the 100 young leaders at national level to be part of a national editorial program called "Círculo da Inovação", sponsored by her Excellency, the President of the Portuguese Republic, where ideas were debated strategies for the development of the country and where she collaborated in the group dedicated to the issue of Digitization.
Currently, her passion is the areas of organizational strategy where she increasingly focuses her activity.
She is married and the mother of two girls and her greatest ambition is for them to grow up believing that they can achieve anything they set out to do. [/av_textblock] [/av_two_third][/av_section]
