I came expecting to learn about marketing, business law and AI — and I did — but the biggest change was in how I think.
The case method forced me to pause, reflect and form my own opinion rather than look for ready- made answers. It expanded my worldview and how I see leadership and decision-making.
Networking was a highlight. Coming from Brazil, discovering companies like Accenture and Bolt, and meeting colleagues with totally different backgrounds, really opened my mind.
If I had to summarise the experience: strategy, competition and fun.
