Relançar Portugal é o mote para a conferência deste 9.º aniversário do Dinheiro Vivo, em parceria com a PWC, que terá lugar na AESE Business School já no dia 9 de dezembro, entre as 9.25 e as 12.00, e que poderá acompanhar em streaming aqui em www.dinheirovivo.pt , de forma segura e simples.

O setor de Economia Social tem dado ao longo destes meses, desde o imediato da crise que vivemos, muitos exemplos da sua capacidade de resposta aos desafios vigentes. É inegável que a Economia Social tem vindo a desempenhar um papel importante na abordagem e mitigação dos impactos de curto e longo prazo da crise COVID-19 na economia e na sociedade.
Na sequência do Programa de Gestão de Organizações Socias, realizamos uma vez por ano o Seminário GOS, o grande momento de encontro de alunos e antigos alunos. Trata-se de um espaço que nos permite ENCONTRAR, CONHECER e CONSTRUIR ideias, opiniões, reflexões e porque não sinergias e pontes.
Em 2020 não foi possível realizar este encontro devido às condições epidemiológicas. Porém não poderemos terminar este ano tão marcante para as nossas organizações sem proporcionar um momento GOS. Análise Financeira | Prof Manuel Rodrigues Sabemos que estamos em crise financeira – Quanto tempo durará? Que implicações para as populações mais frágeis? Que análise objetiva é lícito fazer? Em termos de apoios, por exemplo de quadros comunitários, de investimento privado, de fundos do Estado, que implicações se aproximam? No orçamento de Estado o que está previsto nestas matérias? Que contributos pode o setor de economia social dar para a recuperação futura?
Comportamento humano e saúde mental | António Maia Este tempo tem sido desgastante para todos, mais ainda para a grande parte do sector social, o qual tem permanecido na linha da frente de forma ininterrupta. Cansaço físico e emocional dos trabalhadores das entidades do setor, isolamento de muitos dos beneficiários, famílias afastadas, necessidade de dar resposta com escassez de recursos disponíveis são alguns dos sintomas que sabemos existir. Várias questões se levantam. O que podemos esperar em matérias de comportamento humano e de saúde mental? Como poderemos transformar em oportunidade o tempo de incerteza que vivemos?

O livro “Política, Ciência e Consciência” colige uma série de ensaios em que procurei discutir, de modo impressionista, alguns problemas do nosso mundo e algumas tendências do pensamento político contemporâneo. Trata de temas como “O Inverno do Ocidente cristão?”, “A política depois da verdade”, “Impressões sobre o desafio chinês” ou “Empresas de rosto humano e moralismo político-empresarial”.
"Já depois do livro ter ido para a gráfica, o planeta foi infectado pelo vírus do coronavírus, simultaneamente pandemia e pandemónio (como tem sido repetido). Muito se tem escrito sobre as consequências políticas, sociais, económicas e psicológicas da Covid-19. Para terminar, gostaria de referir apenas uma delas: o risco da expansão do Estado – que agora parece inevitável, como costuma suceder em períodos de crise – para níveis intrusivos. Não é só a intervenção e injecção de recursos na economia.
Em nome do bem comum, os Estados suprimiram ou condicionaram as liberdades de circulação, de reunião, de culto, de ensino, de comércio, etc. Vários países montaram esquemas digitais de vigilância massiva para controlar movimentos, conexões e transacções, e foram louvados por isso. Dir-se-á que isto corresponde a uma situação temporária, de emergência. Mas a experiência sugere que os maus hábitos são difíceis de desarreigar…"
