Ao colocar os participantes em face de conflitos empresariais verídicos, os dirigentes são chamados a assumir o papel de decisores em circunstâncias semelhantes às do seu dia a dia nas organizações. Fases do Método do Caso

• Estudo individual: Leitura e estudo de cada caso, de modo a analisar os factos, alternativas e decisões que nele se desenrolam.
• Trabalho de grupo: A riqueza deste passo reside no facto de cada um dos participantes apresentar abordagens e soluções com base na sua formação e experiência profissional. As várias abordagens são também uma excelente oportunidade para examinar os diferentes critérios de direção.

Tornou-se uma necessidade estratégica.
As organizações sociais enfrentam hoje um contexto marcado por múltiplas exigências: sustentabilidade financeira, inovação nos modelos de intervenção, avaliação de impacto, captação e fidelização de talento, articulação com políticas públicas e com o setor privado. A sua missão – profundamente enraizada na promoção do bem comum – exige, cada vez mais, competências de liderança, visão estratégica e capacidade de gestão.
É neste cenário que o Programa de Gestão de Organizações Sociais (GOS) da AESE se afirma como uma resposta concreta e diferenciadora. Com mais de uma década de existência, o GOS tem vindo a formar líderes que conjugam o compromisso com a missão social com o rigor da gestão empresarial. São dirigentes de IPSS, fundações, associações, cooperativas, startups sociais e outras entidades que, ao longo do programa, desenvolvem ferramentas para tomar melhores decisões, gerir com mais eficácia e liderar com mais impacto.
Mas o GOS é mais do que um programa de formação. É um espaço de encontro entre pessoas que acreditam que é possível transformar a sociedade a partir das organizações. É uma comunidade de aprendizagem, onde se partilham experiências, se constroem redes de colaboração e se reforça o sentido de missão.
