“After a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, an MBA and more than half a working life, I no longer expected to “go back to school”! But the world has changed a lot in recent years: digital transformation; the rise of Asia – especially China and India; a society that is very polarized around the themes of sustainability, inclusion and diversity; etc. And in fact there is always a lot to learn and many experiences to share.
The PADE, which AESE proposes, provided me with a unique opportunity to, at the moment in which we live, recycle knowledge with rigor, quality and demand; through an effective methodology; and with a global perspective. In this context I highlight:
1. The magnificent networking at the level of professors (many from IESE), special guests and colleagues of the program – a fantastic group dynamic was created
2. The humanistic dimension of AESE has added a very important emphasis to the technical vision of excellence (a vision that traditionally predominates in other schools)
3. The quality of the organization of the program and the extreme care for the participants and the facilities
As this program is usually carried out in Lisbon, the fact that AESE has now decided to replicate it in Porto made the decision to attend it inevitable!”
