The Human Factor area focuses on People Management, taking into account a conceptual framework of the organization based on the analysis of human motivations.

The Programs take into account the role of the Manager, their dimensions as Strategist, Executive, and Leader, as well as the deontological and ethical aspects of their task.

Economics, Finance, Control, and Accounting
The Economics, Finance, Control, and Accounting area is dedicated to financial analysis and diagnosis—from working capital management and short-term financing to investment studies and the establishment of long-term financial policies (debt, dividends, self-financing, etc.)—without forgetting the elements that have added new dimensions to financial management.

Commercial Policy and Marketing
The Commercial Policy and Marketing area aims to develop knowledge of customers or potential customers and the competition and, based on this, define a strategy and establish commercial policies that are as innovative as possible.

Operations, Technology, and Innovation
The Operations and Innovation area is dedicated to the study of three major types of issues:

Those referring to the development of products—goods or services—and processes, meaning technological innovation, configuration, and process management.

Business Policy
The Business Policy area deals with the specific tasks and knowledge of those who occupy positions of greater power in organizations. It addresses the Governance of the company as a harmonious whole to achieve fair and effective results.
