Through real business cases, participants face complex decisions in contexts similar to their own.
Inspired by the models of Harvard Business School and IESE, the Case Method follows 3 phases:

  • Individual Study: Analysis of facts, alternatives, and decisions
  • Group Work: Different approaches based on experience
  • General Session: Discussion led by faculty, aligning theory and practice

 

Cases integrated into the ECCH database, a global reference in management education.

Mentoring

During the program, each participant will have access to:

  • 4 group mentoring sessions (4 to 6 participants per mentor)
