During my two years in AESE’s 8th Executive MBA I built a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of organizational success, with human capital and well-being at its core.
To give you a small example, I learned about the importance of universal ethics, the advantage of being first, the relevance of speed of execution, the impact of good communication, and the ability to lead, all of which I currently use in my day-to-day work.
Through a range of disciplines ranging from the fundamental disciplines of management to the world of entrepreneurship, the AESE Executive MBA has been a catalyst for my personal and professional growth.
