AESE was a huge and positive surprise, it effectively delivers what it promises and managed, in my experience, to meet all the objectives that were indicated in the PGL program and even exceed them.
In addition to the content, it gives great leverage in the professional relationships between participants.
When I decided to do the PGL I had no idea that it would be an experience as enriching and as complete as it turned out to be.
When we finish the program, we effectively feel a transformation in the way we think and understand how transversal and comprehensive it is.
