In all team tasks, whether at stake or in a real emergency, teamwork is important, given the diversity of tasks, the definition of skills and tasks is crucial; But the ability to adapt in unforeseen situations and the ability to help each other, the ability to analyze and leadership are what make the difference in meeting the objectives and the satisfaction of the team. During the final phases, the teams were committed, and it was possible to identify a bottleneck, elements with a low occupancy rate.
