A group of People coordinated to achieve a common goal, inserted in a complex and constantly changing environment. In this sense, leaders assume a fundamental role.
AESE, with its PDE program, contributed to my personal and professional development to face this challenge – leading.
The teaching methodology instituted, which is embodied in the Case Method, aims at the practice of decision-making and thinking like a leader. With an interdisciplinary approach, it cultivates action, critical analysis, curiosity, focus on what is essential, teamwork and the sharing of knowledge and experiences for problem solving.
These factors described were amplified thanks to the notorious quality of the entire faculty and students.
Thus, my participation in the PDE program was extremely enriching and undoubtedly marked me.
