About 2 years ago, when we started this challenge, part of me was anxious and another part was scared. What would it be like to go back to school, take exams and be evaluated?
When classes began. I felt enormous humility when I realized that I was surrounded by professionally brilliant people. Debating subjects on the most varied topics would be really challenging and I felt that I would have to work to be prepared and up to the task.
This first contact with such an excellent class and teachers was a lever for my dedication. AESE and the constant concern for us all to be well, was another lever.
Today, I am aware of how transformative this experience was. For the knowledge acquired, for the holistic way of facing challenges and especially for personal evolution.
