O caso: “Happy Turtle”
No Open Day do AESE Executive MBA os participantes vão discutir o caso “Happy Turtle”, como se estivessem numa sala de conselho: com dilemas reais, informação incompleta e decisões com consequências.
Um dilema atual e incómodo: quando a sustentabilidade deixa de ser “boa intenção” e passa a ser uma escolha estratégica com impacto em reputação, na operação e no crescimento.
Vai ter de analisar, priorizar e defender uma posição — com pessoas a discordar (como na vida real).
Uma oportunidade que não é uma palestra É uma amostra real do MBA, na qual os participantes irão:
