From the analysis and perception of the role of each one, we can see the impact of small changes in the performance of a team or sector, with repercussions throughout the organization. It helps to demonstrate that it is possible to have a very positive impact by reallocating means and resources, reconfiguring spaces and functions, in the same space and professional category, without additional costs, with measurable results and whose evaluation is positive in the real context.
