“I highlight the OSA as a stage for reflections and an opportunity to explore content that, in the context of Leadership functions, are certainly enhancers of personal and professional development.
Sharing experiences with inspiring women, from the most varied areas and professional backgrounds, allows us to realize that, regardless of size or business area, the challenges are mostly transversal to all organizations. In addition to the individual reflections of each participant, and the dynamics that the program enhances through the case study method and group work, I also highlight the Mentoring program, a safe stage for reflections on where we are, where we want to go and how to do it.
Expanding the network of contacts with inspiring women and having the possibility to listen to their testimonies, made OSA an enriching experience.”
