“OSA appeared at the right time in my life, personal and professional, as it challenged me to have an introspective and different perspective view of my present, but mainly of my future path. I highlight as the main trigger for this challenge, the sharing of professional and life experiences with OSA participants, mentors and guests.
Additionally, the OSA allowed the learning of several subjects, as well as recalling/reinforcing other themes, possible through the proposed methodology and curricular plan.
I feel that I leave strengthened with knowledge, with greater self-knowledge, leveraged by the mentoring program, and especially with people who will be available to continue contributing to my future.”
