He is a member of the Board of Directors of Net.ip The Windowing Company, a member of the Management Board of the Gomà-Camps Group, a Visiting Professor of Strategic Management, M&A, Leadership & Motivation at the University of Sheffield International Faculty at City College, a Visiting Professor of Strategic Management at IEDC – Bled School of Management, and a lecturer in Strategic Management at IESE Business School.
Areas of interest
He conducts applied research in areas related to value creation in organisations, namely organisational models, competency management, and process optimisation.
He is the author of several scientific articles presented at national and international conferences, including publications in journals. He designed and implemented various Serious Games that simulate different organisational realities, aimed at developing individual and group competencies.
