She is a Professor in the Human Factor area at AESE Business School, where she contributes to executive education programmes in Ethics and the Human Factor.
At AESE, she also served as Co-Director of the PDE | Business Management Programme, works as a Coach on the PGL | Management and Leadership Programme, and leads leadership development initiatives, namely within the Women Leaders Forum.
She is currently collaborating with ISEM – Fashion Business School with the aim of integrating the fashion area into the school’s training offer.
She is a Coach certified by the International Coaching University (ICU), where she is also a member of the faculty, teaching the Communication in Coaching module.
With more than a decade of experience as a personal and corporate image consultant, she works with executives, teams and organisations to develop authentic communication that is consistent with professional positioning and strategic objectives. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with several companies and institutions, including Porto Business School, Grupo Amorim, Sonae, Agência Abreu, WOW, Goldenergy, Cantabria Labs, Casa de Saúde da Boavista and ULS Matosinhos.
She began her career as a pharmacist after completing a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Porto.
She subsequently complemented her education with the General Management Programme at EGE – Universidade Católica do Porto, the PDE | Business Management Programme at AESE Business School, and several certifications in coaching, communication, training management, human development and image consulting.
Her work focuses on the holistic development of the individual in a professional context, combining a scientific and management foundation with a humanistic approach oriented towards authenticity, effective communication and alignment between personal identity and leadership.
Alongside her professional activity, she is dedicated to volunteering initiatives, namely supporting women in vulnerable situations in their reintegration into the labour market.
The second eldest of thirteen siblings, she is married and the mother of three children.
