Interpret global dynamics and adapt them to business reality with a strategic vision.

This module develops key negotiation skills essential for leading, managing conflict, and creating value in complex business contexts.

Through the case method and practical simulations, participants strengthen their strategic preparation, self-awareness as negotiators, and the ability to conduct effective and sustainable negotiations, immediately applicable to professional reality.

Participants work on a concrete challenge — proposed by the organization or based on real problems from their companies — such as fraud detection, process optimization, or creating AI-based solutions.

In teams, they analyze the problem, design, and test functional prototypes, which are presented at the end.

Technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is not required. The goal is to learn practically and understand how AI can support decision-making, efficiency, and the creation of new business opportunities.

Teaching Method

Think strategically. Decide with confidence. A structured learning approach.
Inspired by Harvard Business School and developed in partnership with IESE Business School, AESE’s Case Method challenges participants to take on the role of decision-makers facing real business scenarios.

Structured learning approach

Decision-making in real scenarios
Authentic cases that allow for testing analysis and response criteria in contexts of uncertainty.

Exchange of strategic perspectives
Discussions with colleagues from different sectors enrich the debate and broaden critical vision.

Collaborative and rigorous learning
A combination of individual study, group work, and general sessions led by experienced professors.

Professors as facilitators
More than just transmitting knowledge, they guide participants to question, test, and explore new solutions.

The three stages of the Case Method:

  1. Individual Study – Autonomous analysis and preparation of hypotheses.
  2. Group Work – Discussion with peers to validate approaches.
  3. General Session – Debate led by the professor, with a synthesis of learning points.

Action and Simulation
Online simulations
— Linking management decisions to business results.
Serious Games — Role play and gameplay to train negotiation, positioning, and strategic defense. The PDE is more than a learning program — it is a strategic decision laboratory that challenges participants to review practices, expand critical thinking, and strengthen their leadership.
