Attending PADE was for me an experience that I will never forget and that will leave me with teachings and guidelines for life, in all its dimensions.
I feel more capable and prepared to face the problems of the professional world, more attentive to the importance of reflection and its contribution to organizational and personal issues.
PADE also allowed me to get to know more deeply other quadrants of the business environment, other visions and practices that, I am sure, can be expanded and implemented more and more in the sector of non-profit organizations and in the Public Administration, so that standards of excellence can be achieved in the management of available resources.
