The Senior Management Program surprised me by the way it transforms us in the various dimensions, both personally and professionally.
In addition to the development and improvement of leadership skills, individual values and contribution to society are deeply valued and are a distinctive factor of the programme.
The topics are approached, enthusiastically and passionately, by a faculty that provides us with engaging, challenging classes full of practical insights generated by the case study method.
The way cases are worked and discussed allows them to learn through the sharing of stories, challenges and experiences of the participants, creating relationships of mutual help that go beyond the concept of networking.
