PADE was a challenge that I set myself after 25 years of my degree! It was 6 months of permanent learning, with weekly cases that make us study, think and exchange ideas with our colleagues and teachers.
It is a weekly overcoming to fit into our day-to-day agenda of companies and our family routine, but with flexibility and prioritization of what is important and not urgent, everything can be achieved.
PADE is very well structured, from the methodology to the various thematic areas: Business and strategy: management of the present and choice of the future; Convenience and steering systems; Continuity and sustainability. Cooperative government; Self-management; Macro trends.
The way we are welcomed by the entire AESE team is special, with constant care for our well-being and attention to detail. It makes a difference.
PADE 50 will be missed and friendships will last over time. They will stay for LIFE. Challenge OVERCOME.
