The AESE Executive MBA proved to be an intense journey of learning, growth and transformation, both personally and professionally!
In an increasingly complex, unpredictable and competitive context, the case study method made all the difference in learning and apprehending concepts. Beyond knowledge: strategic, analytical and creative; We addressed relevant topics such as: leadership, human behavior and project management and analysis. I strengthened my ability to adapt, resilience, problem-solving perspectives, as well as critical thinking.
No less important were the experiences and experiences in these two years! I met incredible people, of different ages, experiences, areas and sectors. I exchanged experiences, ideas, opinions, perspectives, challenges and solutions. I made friends for life, with whom I shared moments of joy, tension, overcoming and celebration.
The AESE Executive MBA was an important step, but not the last, I know that I still have a lot to learn and grow, certainly stronger and with a wider network of contacts!
