When I was invited to testify about my participation in AESE’s PDE, I recalled, with enthusiasm and nostalgia, the gatherings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with exchanges of ideas and experiences that resulted in many friendships.
The opportunity to attend the PDE proved to be a very rewarding experience and a winning bet, becoming an asset not only for my professional career, but also for my personal life. The program is very well structured and has teachers who bring together excellent pedagogical skills with a great deal of professional experience.
The exchange of knowledge and experiences between colleagues and teachers who crossed our path are fundamental and continue to help me in the challenges of everyday life. The positive impacts on my professional activity are evident and I know that today I can help my team in a more humane and efficient way, adding value to the different activities I perform.
