PADE is a Program of Excellence: of the faculty, of the selection of the modules taught, of the organization and of the group of participants. The demanding pace of PADE refocuses us on what is essential, disciplines us, calls us to rethink what we took for granted and challenges us to acquire new skills in topics of great relevance. Above all, it leads us to rethink the way we act, how we manage the organizations where we work and how we anticipate their problems.

PADE enriches us with the knowledge of the teachers and other participants, which forces us to a constant exercise of humility. Above all and most importantly, if we let them, we leave PADE better and more complete.
