AESE’s PADIS exceeded all expectations, constituting a relevant stage in the development of leadership and management skills in health.

The PADIS | AESE Business School’s Senior Management Program for Health Institutions proved to be an extremely enriching experience, both professionally and personally. Throughout the program, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in the field of health management, through a practical and strategic approach that combined real cases, group discussion and contributions from experts with extensive experience in the sector.

One of the most striking aspects of the 50th edition of PADIS was the quality of the teaching staff and the diversity of the 40 participants, which provided a dynamic and stimulating learning environment. The sharing of perspectives between professionals with different training processes in the Case Method allowed me to broaden horizons and critically reflect on the current challenges of health management.

I also highlight the strong ethical and humanistic component of the program, a distinctive feature of AESE, which reinforces the importance of responsible, person-centered leadership oriented towards the creation of sustainable value in health organizations.

One of the highlights of the course was, without a doubt, the visit to the Clínica Universidad de Navarra, in Madrid. This experience allowed us to closely observe a model of excellence in the provision of health care, based on innovation, efficiency and patient centricity. During the visit, it was possible to learn about its management practices, the integration between care, research and teaching, as well as the continuous commitment to quality and improvement of clinical processes.

The interaction with the institution’s professionals provided a concrete vision of how theoretical principles can be successfully applied in the field, serving as inspiration for the implementation of good practices in other realities.

In short, AESE’s PADIS exceeded all expectations, constituting a relevant stage in the development of leadership and management skills in health. The combination of professionalism, academic rigor, sharing of experiences and contact with reference institutions, such as the Clínica Universidad de Navarra, made this experience truly transformative.
