He holds a PhD from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow (2022). He graduated in Business Management and Organization from ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, and has developed his professional career in Information Systems.
He completed the 3rd AESE/IESE Executive MBA in 2005. Since 2007, he has been a professor in the Operations, Technology, and Innovation Department at AESE, where he has taught in various executive programs and the Executive MBA.
He has collaborated with AESE since 1986, having worked across several functional areas. He is currently the Secretary-General, a Member of the AESE Board of Directors in charge of operations, and Director of the AESE Executive MBA.
Throughout his professional career, he has participated as a consultant in several information systems and technology implementation projects.
He complemented his core education with various training programs in Negotiation, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Project Management, and Balanced Scorecard.
He is the author of several case studies in the areas of operations and technology.
