She holds a degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and completed an Erasmus exchange at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She completed the 17th AESE Executive MBA and participated in four international weeks (IIMA – Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Danube University Krems – Global Business Dynamics –, AESE and IESE Business School (New York) – Business Innovation). She received the Senior Economist diploma from the Portuguese Order of Economists.

During her studies, she completed an internship in the Marketing Department at Pmelink and at Lusitania. She worked as a financial analyst in the Planning and Control Department at Vodafone and in project management at BPI. She served as General Director of a consulting firm for non-profit organizations dedicated to the institutional responsibilities of its clients, both in fiscal and labor matters as well as in fundraising and organizing international cooperation social projects, particularly in Africa. She mobilized groups of over 50 young people in solidarity, cultural, and training initiatives for more than 15 years.

She currently serves as Finance Director on the Board of Directors of the Europe Startup Nations Alliance (ESNA), a European body dedicated to advancing Europe’s leadership position in the global startup ecosystem. She is Corporate Social Responsibility Advisor at ActiveCap – Capital Partners, SCR S.A., a venture capital firm specialized in investing in high-growth Portuguese companies or special situations, where she previously served as Financial and Compliance Director. She began her career in investment funds at Banco Carregosa (first in the Investment Fund Depositary Service and later as head of the financial and administrative area at Carregosa SGOIC) and holds training in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

At AESE, she is Deputy Director of the MBA, teaching fellow in the areas of Economics, Finance, Control and Accounting, and is part of the coaching team, having also collaborated as program director for a University Seminar (Compassionate Leadership) and as a Summer School instructor.

She participated in a media training program and prepared a TED talk to help secondary school students choose their professional path. She served on the board of a personal development and social impact program aimed at Generation Z and on the board of a youth association dedicated to character formation of adolescents, using personalized mentoring, constructive use of free time, and academic support as its means. She served as team leader and was responsible for 566 volunteers from 18 countries worldwide at World Youth Day Lisbon 2023.
